Diseases can be considered as the most factors affect the live expectancy, particularly epidemic diseases. Recently and because of increase in life expectancy the incidence of many diseases like osteoporosis, obesity, and diabetes increases and leads to decrease this expected life expectancy. Bone related diseases are considered to be the most common diseases appearing in elder people. Bone diseases also may be a late complication of other diseases like diabetes. The most known elder bone disease is osteoporosis. Osteoporosis (loss of bone) is associated with decreased life expectancy for several reasons, but one primary reason is due to the increased risk of severe fractures and their complications.
