The primary objective of the introduction of the EAs was to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the delivery of public services through better business and financial management, thereby contributing to economic growth in the country by reducing the cost of Public Services. Despite the performances done by the EAs, public still have numerous complaints on the services delivered to the community.
