This work represents a complex study regarding the research of the regional level of Moldovan political process having as a subject ATU Gagauzia, in the frame of post-soviet transformation, peculiar to the Moldovan area, toward the creation of institutional and legal design, as well as the administration politics of a multiethnic society. Also, this study consists in an evaluation and comparative analyzing of the national and regional level regarding the political process influenced by the ethnic cleavage.
