Climate change has become significant issue in every city. Intensive energy consumption and rapid population growth is the main driving force that leads to greenhouse gas emissions. Indirectly, consumption pattern and life style are also affecting the impact. The study of effective measure which incorporates the factors contributing energy use and carbon emissions at local level context is fewer.
