Even though, organizations have been perceived hitherto as one of the social institutions that can help socialize individuals into the cultures of societies in which they are domiciled; contemporary managers of Africa''s corporate organizations are now confronted with global competition that necessitates that they need to break away from traditional values of the African societies that are inimical to business performance. In order to achieve this objective, workers of these organizations would have to re-align their value systems to suit the mind sets of their managers.
