It is thus an ardent necessity as felt by the authors to draw out the latent science that is infused within the people’s perception and beliefs for the in-depth understanding of this storm. This has initiated the authors to opt for Cognitive science that inculcates the synergism with physical science using scientific modeling, methods and computing the output with the aspects of human behavior....
