Название: Methodology of Evaluation of Cross-border Impacts and Cooperation
Main goal of this work is to present history of development of the European cross-border cooperation (CBC), in the context of cross-border impacts (and their evaluation), as added value of the projects realized within the European territorial cooperation. It is one of the tools in unification and integration of Europe. This goal was reached due to examining outputs of questionnaires and careful analysis of programme documents. The output of this work is a compilation of problematic fields, which were present during evaluation of cross-border impacts and cooperation within realized projects. Main problem seems to be the wide range of activities realized within individual programmes, and therefore it is very complicated to compile a single, complete system of evaluation and checking of projects.
